Welcome to arah4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the arah4d website located at https://arah4d.click, including all gaming, wagering, promotional, and support services offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the Services, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

arah4d operates as an online gaming platform targeting players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. arah4d processes payments exclusively via verified Malaysian payment channels including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 14 (Amendments).

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account with arah4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. arah4d enforces strict age verification and does not permit minors or individuals under the age of 21 to access any gaming or betting service on the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Account: You must register and use the Account in your own name and on your own behalf. Operating an Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on any gambling platform or national gambling exclusion register.

When registering an Account with arah4d, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

arah4d accepts deposits exclusively through verified Malaysian payment channels. Accepted payment methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• arah4d does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• arah4d reserves the right to reverse or void deposits if there is reason to believe they were made using fraudulent payment instruments or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and must be processed to a payment account held in your own name. arah4d does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

arah4d offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x). The required total wager equals the multiplier applied to the bonus amount. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on an RM200 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round is typically between RM250 and RM500. Placing bets in excess of this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or partially played bonuses are subject to expiry windows of 7, 14, or 30 days as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Abuse and Exploitation: arah4d reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

All games and betting markets available on the arah4d Platform are powered by certified third-party gaming engines and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and integrity. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in the relevant game information panels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the arah4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances without recourse:

• Collusion: Communicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing hand information in live poker or table games, or coordinating wagers to exploit promotions.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or making bets purely to complete wagering requirements without genuine game engagement.
• Automated Bots & Scripts: Using any software, robot, script, or automated process to place bets, interact with the Platform, or circumvent any security or access controls.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider in bad faith after wagers have been settled.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. arah4d is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Account Exploitation: Registering more than one Account to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account, or providing false identity documentation to pass KYC verification.

arah4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods. All intellectual property rights in and to the arah4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to arah4d.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of arah4d. Unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arah4d, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

arah4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Deposits you have made in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit arah4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

arah4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity, Account balances may be withheld pending investigation and reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any non-withdrawable Bonus amounts) will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.

arah4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where practical, we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which arah4d operates. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through arah4d's internal complaints procedure (as set out in Section 16) may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. arah4d will cooperate fully with any such proceedings and will abide by any binding determination reached.
